What is Tavana? - Tavana is an AI assistant designed to help with everyday tasks, It’s trained to follow your instructions and respond conversationally.

Where can I use Tavana? - On the Web at Tavana.co you can even use it without an account for free.

Is an app available? - Currently no but this is already in development so it will be coming soon.

Why is Tavana Ai taking so long to respond? - Most often, if your experience was normal previously and you are suddenly seeing a delay in performance, it is due to outdated cache data. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve unexpected behavior with certain web applications. Additionally users during peak hours may notice a pattern of slowness at specific times of the day. Certain browser extensions can interfere with web applications. Try disabling extensions or try a different web browser

How do I start my first chat? - Our Ai Assistant is embedded on our website`s homepage simply type what you need in the message box, and click send. 

Does Tavana Have Memory? - Yes Tavana can remember helpful information between conversations, making its responses more personalized., it can recall details and preferences you’ve shared and use them to tailor its responses. The more you use it, the more useful it becomes, and you’ll start to notice improvements over time. but the memory resets once the website is reloaded/refreshed we do not store this data

How long does Tavana store memories? - Tavana remembers things only while you’re chatting. As soon as the conversation ends or the page reloads, its memory is cleared.

Can Tavana search the web on my behalf? - `Tavana has access to the web but it can not currently search the web on your behalf without your input

Are there message limits? You can use Tavana for free. To keep things efficient, each message can be no longer than 400 words.

How Do I generate images? - Currently you can not generate images if this is a feature you would like let us know here

How Do I generate videos? - Currently you can not generate videos if this is a feature you would like let us know here

How do I start a voice conversation? - Currently you can not start a voice conversation with Tavana but this feature will be coming soon

Can I upload files to Tavana? - Currently you can not upload files. if this is a feature you would like let us know here

How can I report fraud or suspicious activity? - your account security is a top priority. If you notice suspicious or unauthorized activity on your account, please contact us here

I can't access Tavana Ai After Travelling - If you're travelling to a region we don't currently support, you may have trouble logging in to your account. If that happens to you, first try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Then try accessing our services using a different browser or incognito mode.

"Device Check Error" - This error indicates that we were unable to generate a token for your specific device. Simply update your Date and Time Settings to fix this error

I received a ‘Suspicious Activity' Alert -’our system will display ‘Suspicious Activity Alerts’ if it detects unusual or potentially risky behavior or More simultaneous logins than usual.  These alerts are often cautionary and do not necessarily indicate wrong doing.
